All Zinkido products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Vehicle batteries and chargers are covered by a 6-month warranty.

If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact our support team at info@zinkido.com with your order details and clear photo or video proof of the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate solution based on the nature of the problem. Depending on the case, this may include replacement parts, compensation, reimbursement, or another suitable resolution.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product instructions.
