We want every Zinkido order to arrive in excellent condition and meet your expectations. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a fault, please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@zinkido.com with clear photo or video proof of the issue. Based on the case, we will review the problem and provide the most appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, compensation, reimbursement, or another suitable resolution.

Customers also benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules. This withdrawal period does not apply to business-to-business purchases.

As returns are handled directly by Zinkido, all return requests must be arranged through our support team before any item is sent back. Please do not return any item without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
