1. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zinkido.com with your order number and clear photo or video proof of the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate solution depending on the case. This may include replacement parts, compensation, reimbursement, or another suitable resolution.

2. Warranty Coverage

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Vehicle batteries and chargers are covered for 6 months. Warranty claims must be supported with photo or video proof and will be assessed based on the nature of the issue.

3. 14-Day Withdrawal Period

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules. This does not apply to business-to-business purchases. To request a withdrawal, please contact us at info@zinkido.com before sending any item back.

4. Returns

All return requests must be handled directly through Zinkido. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where items show signs of misuse, improper assembly, accidental damage, or other conditions not related to manufacturing defects, unless otherwise required by law.
